Important Hotel Information
- This is to advice that on the 8th of February 2010 (Monday), hotel power will be shutdown due to upgrading the existing switch equipments by Tenaga Nasional (National Power Supply). The entire hotel building will experience temporarily power disruption from the main generator which will cause several inconveniences to access within our facilities.
- The power shutdown will take effect from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm on this day. Affected areas include hotel lobby, food and beverage outlets, function rooms, laundry, fitness centre and the spa. In additional, the hotel will also experience disruption of air conditioner throughout the period stated.
- However, the Hotel will be support with the emergency power supply in all rooms, corridors, Hotel lift, parking area, staircase, smoke control
- system, security CCTV, PABX telephone system and specific back services area. Only one guests' lift serving all floors available on this day.
- Meanwhile, in the guest rooms, the following facilities will be temporarily unavailable during this period include television, alarm clock, fridge, hot water, shower heater, air conditioner, lights and
- lamps.
- Long Feng Chinese restaurant and Olio fine dining will be closed during lunch and dinner. Breakfast will still be served at Zest restaurant from 6 am to 8 am. Only a la carte menu will be served for lunch and dinner.
- This upgrading is to ensure optimum operating conditions and maintainability in the hotel.
- We apologize in advance and assure you that every effort will be made to minimize any inconvenience to all our guests.
